The boundary of every claim
Every profile, product record, and comparison on this site records what an institution or vendor published on a stated date, with the URL and the capture date. It states no conclusion about conformance, compliance, quality, or intent. Codes and Levels are positions on published rubrics, not grades. Flags are pairs of quotations with their computation shown. A reader who relies on the Record for a legal conclusion has drawn that conclusion; the Record has not.
NONE FOUND is a statement about publication, not about practice.
A binding standard is not evidence of publication.
This record does not assess conformance and does not state whether any entity complies with any law.
What you may do
Free to read for everyone. Free to use with attribution for the public, the press, researchers, disability organizations, and the bodies documented. Commercial use under the commercial license on the data page.
Cite
Use the citation line on every page, with the versioned URL and the DOI where one exists. Versions are permanent; the current-version URL changes.
Quote
Quote the Record's own words with attribution; do not present a code, a Level, or a flag as a statement that a body complies or fails to comply with anything.
Do not rank
No table or export may be republished as a ranking, a score, a grade, a badge, or a seal. The comparison rules are part of the terms.
Correct
If you are named in the Record, the correction and comment routes are yours on the same terms as everyone else, and nothing you pay changes that or a code.
License
Redistribution of exports and any commercial use require the license issued on request; licensees receive no editorial input.
Retraction
A materially wrong version is never deleted; it carries a retraction notice at its URL beside the corrected version.
