Every profile is data, and every version is citable.
Each released profile and product record is exportable as JSON and CSV, each state release is deposited with a versioned DOI, and the register is downloadable. The Record is free to read; commercial use of the data is licensed.
What is available, and on what terms
Exports and deposits
Every export carries the version, the framework versions, and the as-of date.
| Item | What it is | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Entity export | The release package (the thirty indicator rows, the public channel block, platforms, instruments, the Level and its computation, disclosure, notice record, changelog) as JSON, and the indicator and channel tables as CSV | Free to read and to use with attribution; commercial use under license |
| State export | Every released profile in a state, with the cross-entity tables under the comparison rules | As above |
| Product export | A product record with its claims table, flags, and public-entity use | As above |
| Register | Every entity in frame with status | Free |
| Deposit | Each state release deposited on Zenodo as a versioned dataset with a DOI shown in every citation line for that release | Archival; license as deposited |
| API and alerts | Programmatic access and alerts on re-audit, correction, or a product's report changing | Phase two; licensed |
Free to read; commercial use licensed
The Record is free to read for everyone, and its data is free to use with attribution for the public, the press, researchers, disability organizations, and the entities and vendors documented. Commercial use, including use by vendors, consultancies, publishers, and insurers, requires the commercial license, which is issued on request at fixed terms. No licensee receives editorial input, and every licensing relationship is disclosed on the funding page.
Redistribution of exports requires the license; a licensee may not republish any table or export as a ranking, a score, a grade, a badge, or a seal, because the comparison rules are part of the terms.
Data requests
Custom extracts and comparison packs are scoped and priced at fixed rates issued on request. A request describes the entities or products, the fields, the versions, and the intended use; commercial use is licensed under the commercial terms.
