Every entity in frame, and where each one stands.
The register is the authority for which entities are in frame and what identifier each carries. Names, domains, and figures for entities not yet released are beliefs to be verified at the entity's first run, and the register says so.
Entities in frame
Identifier, name, class, series, pass or wave, status, current version, Level where released, and the next scheduled re-audit. Downloadable as CSV. Default order is by identifier; sort order is not a ranking.

The register table renders here from the plugin. The Minnesota pilot register holds 72 entities, all at Not started: pass 1A takes 21 Title II entities first.
What each status means
An entity moves through these statuses in order. A released entity moves to re-audit due by date; any entity may be withdrawn by a logged decision, and its folder and identifier are retained.

Permanent, and never reused
Every entity carries an identifier of the form state, class, slug, for example MN-STA-MNIT. Identifiers are assigned in the register and nowhere else, survive renaming, and are never reused, so that a citation to a profile stays valid across versions and years.
