Every released profile, by state, class, and series.
A profile is released only after the entity has received notice and the ten business day window has closed. Each profile keeps a permanent URL for every version, so a citation always points to the words as released.
The order never changes
Every profile opens with the public channel block, then the summary with the Level and its computation, then the entity, its frame, and the instruments in force, then the five domains indicator by indicator, then divergences and stale content, open items, the disclosure block, the notice and correction record, the version history, downloads, and sources.
Entity comments, where a body has made one, appear under the element they concern, in the body's own words, beside the Record's response. Interpretation appears only where the profile marks it as interpretation. Nothing on a profile page is drawn from anywhere but that profile's release package.
NONE FOUND is a statement about publication, not about practice.

Who is in frame
The Record does not determine whether any entity is in fact subject to any statute; it records the basis on which an entity was placed in frame, and the reader draws the legal conclusion. Federal agencies are out of frame in the first waves.
The Title II series
Public entities: state executive and judicial bodies, vocational rehabilitation agencies, Deaf and hard-of-hearing agencies and commissions, cities and counties with populations of fifty thousand or more, regional governments, public university systems, public health systems, and school districts and state schools.
The Section 504 series
Private colleges and health systems in frame because they receive federal financial assistance. Profiled with the same thirty indicators, reported in their own series, and never compared against the Title II series in one table.
